all of the hues

AUTUMN HUGHES, M.Ed. CCC-SLP, RYT-200

I'm Autumn—a speech-language pathologist, yoga teacher, dancer, and creator exploring the intersections of communication, movement, and human connection.

I've spent my life studying expression in its many forms: through language, voice, movement, art, and relationship. I see life as one giant art project and experiment—a practice of curiosity, creativity, and continual becoming. Through clinical practice, spiritual exploration, education, wellness, and community-building, I explore what it means to be fully human and how we create integrative, inclusive healing spaces where every voice, perspective, and hue belongs.

I welcome you to explore your own powerful, weird, divine, fabulous, messy, uniquely perfect true self with me.
